 - 4+ years experience working in fast-paced B2B marketing environments, 
 - A passion for launching new ventures and knowledge of the fintech or payments industry, 
 - A strong track record of setting strategic direction and managing complex go-to-market campaigns that involve multiple teams, 
 - Experience with different types of B2B marketing channels, including in-product, digital, PR, and offline activations, 
 - Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn data into actionable insights that inform marketing strategy and product development, 
 - Strong communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a dynamic startup environment.
